New Aquascot Charity Group

Aquascot partner employees have established a dedicated Charity Group to coordinate all future donations, fundraising and support opportunities between the business and community/charity organisations.

This new initiative developed in parallel with our donations drive in late 2020 for the local food bank in Alness — which received good support from our partners and helped stock their stores for a busy festive period.

The recently formed group are now examining options for further activity to support the community — varying from individual projects to group initiatives. They are also recruiting new members among our staff, to bolster the numbers and increase the group's capacity to do more good work.

In their initial meetings, topics of early discussion have included:

  • A framework to facilitate volunteering by Aquascot partners with local charities and initiatives
  • Donation opportunities with charities and food banks
  • Feasibility of establishing community spaces and/or gardens
  • Sponsorship of schools and school teams

The founding members of Aquascot's new Charity Group are: Joanne Brogan, Martin Caldwell, Patrycja Cisewska, Justine Fourny, Elwira Piotrowska, Sylwia Robertson, Joanne Rosie & Deborah Thomassen.

Please contact Aquascot directly if you represent a charity organisation in the Ross-shire area and are interested in speaking to our Charity Group.
