Two new are available within an employee-owned business rooted in the Highlands (Alness, Ross-shire).

We are currently seeking two future leaders to join Aquascot’s Human Resources and Commercial Teams. The 2 roles are within our Human Resources and Commercial teams covering a wide range of activities and interaction with both internal and external customers, whilst having further opportunities to contribute to other areas of the business through cross-functional working should you wish.

In summary, this role requires interaction with a wide range of partners covering a variety of HR related topics from contract and policy work, to managing day to day payroll processing/queries, handling sensitive case management issues and leading or influencing various key projects. This position is varied and fast paced, where no day is the same. Joining our current team of 3, you can expect support and development, with freedom to drive your own workload.


This role requires both a strong internal and external focus. The role includes the ownership and maintenance of our internal and external communications and publications e.g., our website and social media presence with LinkedIn and Facebook, managing external messaging, posts etc. The role will also be required to own and maintain an external Waitrose marketing relationship in support of our Commercial Director, and work closely internally with our New Product Development team delivering key insights that will help shape thinking.

The salary range is between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, and it is crucial you can commute to our Alness sites with a blended home/office working approach.
